  • Wasn't impressed from the minute I walked into the room. Total 1980/motel 6 style. Worse part is that my husband's ulcers acted up so he was ill. We ran out of toilet paper so I called the front desk to ask for more and they said if I come down to get it, no problem. So I did. Then about 30 minutes later the toilet became clogged so I called the front office again and explained that we needed the toilet unclogged asap. About 10 minutes later a security guard came to my door and handed me a bucket with 2 plungers in it and said "I'll wait here as long as you need".... I thought great, this is disgusting. But it was more than disgusting. So bad that I had to take a pic and share about how unsanitary and poor condition this hotels standards are. When I was done I handed the man the bucket and said complained about how unsanitary it was and he laughed and said " I know, I need to clean that"... I was baffled.....also while my husband was barfing his brains out, he noticed the back of the toilet tank lid is chipped off pretty good and the pieces are on the ground. Better not have some bogus charge for the previous damage that we didn't notice until now.
