rev:text	My AC hasn't been working properly since END OF MAY! I've put in multiple complaints with the office and no one comes. No follow up. I have to call repeatedly to get someone to my apartment, when they do they check it out & do a temp fix that lasts maybe a day or two. The maintenance guy that came out last Sunday stares at the wall and replaces a BATTERY ON THE THERMOSTAT n says that's it. Mind u he's certified to wrk on AC units & that's ALL he does?!?! I call the office for the millionth time, told the girl (who I hope gets fired) that an off site specialist NEEDS to come fix it ASAP, I'll be fine for a couple days going on vacay so it better be fixed when I return. This was Monday. Come this Thursday NOTHING fixed. Come home to a miserable hot apartment. When I call and talk to a diff guy in the office he says they have ZERO record of any maintenance issues for AC since that one in may he has no idea I've had issues!!!!!!! Oh the girl in the office wrote the notes but nvr filed the maintenance request. As for the three other ones in June and July who knows which idiot dropped the ball! So, maintenance comes yesterday spends two hrs "fixing" the AC (those two guys were actually amazing they need raises). It worked properly until 4am then back up to 80 degrees or more again. FINALLY a specialist comes out today after 15 min says "yeah there's a huge leak, this should have been fixed a long time ago. It's really obvious why it's not working. There's nothing we can do until we get the parts Monday or Tuesday". Soooo now they bring in a tiny portable unit for my large 2 bedroom apartment. The only place to set it up is the bedroom because it needs a window and I need to sleep, shower and get ready for wrk in there. It's now blown the breaker out three times and I have ZERO power. So No power or AC and it's 110 outside and getting hotter. No manager on duty today and the office says they can't call one. ITS ILLEGAL TO NOT HAVING WORKING AC IN AZ AND IVE NOT HAD IT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE MAY DUE TO PEOPLE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. AC IS CONSIDERED AN ESSENTIAL AND MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY!!!! I've been paying out the ass for my utility bill since may and dealing with miserable temperatures barely able to sleep. On a good day my AC half ass working cooling to 79 degrees. Unable to use my washer or dryer or it will get to be 95 in my apartment. Mind u it's been 105 to 120 in AZ for months. This is the most disgusting example of incompetence and disregard for health & safety I've ever seen or experienced.
