| - To start with, this store location should really be a last resort. A typical day at this business includes u walking in there and usually seeing 2 lines with both cashiers either highly stresses out because they have not back up, or cause all the customers are aggregated cause they are always short or people. When ur shopping most of the food section is always near empty, a bot over overpriced, and when ur there for more than a couple of minutes, the associates that ARE free, start walking by you and trying to work the areas near you but never help you. When u decide to get back to the front with ur purchases, u realize that huge line u seen in the beggining is still there, customers are usually angry saying things out loud, and the management always walks to the front and looks around but doesn't hop on a register, doesnt try to keep the customers calm or give any type of apology, and then walks away and hangs out to then just come back out and do the same. Don't get me wrong I'm sure it's not like this every minute of the day, but I'd say 8 out of the 10 times I've been here it's the same. Usually people hanging in front of the place aski g for change, sometimes doing drugs, we seen a guy playing with himself in the front one time too and the security seem to be worried about when he was off. Like I said. Last resort. But my hat's off to some of the associates that are busting their butts off cause that is a stressful environment to work in. For the others that won't even greet u or get mad at the elderly people that have a hard time using the pinpad- u need retraining on customer service or a new job
