  • terrible experience with my new Meritage home. purchased my home last August and I am still trying to fix and repair items that were on the orientation correction list. I definitely will not purchase another Meritage home due to poor craftsman and workmanship. it is unfortunate that the bean counters at Meritage don't have to deal with the homeowners. if you have a choice between Meritage and another builder, choose wisely and carefully.
