  • Incompetent office staff, can't verify insurance for the life of them. I have told them multiple times my Prenatal care is covered at 100% under my insurance and they still continue to ask me for copays when I come in, when I tell them there is no copay rather than them correctly noting the account the put in refusing to pay. If I'm refusing why would you provide care? As well they can't send a proper referral for the life of themselves. I have called multiple times as well as my cardiologist office and a month later they still can't get it right. I don't like Dr. Spence, she tried to make it seem like my previous physician was a bad person, your a flipping dr why are you putting others down!? My previous physician provided phenomenal care, unfortunately I'm stuck because with this company because it is the only company that my insurance contracts through that delivers at a contracted hospital and I have to be delivered by a Perinatologist. I wouldn't recommend this company EVER. Don't waste you time, the front office could give two shits about your care or anything for that matter. Sitting in their office as I type this and praying they see it still they can get their shit together and provide proper care to their patients.
