It's ok.
Now, if I had given this review when they first opened, it'd probably have been 4-5 stars.
I love the place, but their lunch menu selection becomes boring and stale after your first 3-10 visits ;-)
The architecture and restoration is breathtaking, a fantastic beautiful rejuventation of a Cleveland architectual gem.
Yet, in all this, their grocery side is sad, their prepared foods quickly tire and become unispiring.
I really wish they had a prepared foods station that could change up the menu a bit. Sushi, rice bowls and salad bar get old after you've sampled every menu item. It's not like Heinen's can't do it, I've seen great variety in the prepared foods sections of their suburban stores. Which is surprising why the downtown store seems painted into a corner.
