so even though I work relatively close to this business I overlooked them assuming they only worked on higher end vehicles.......I was wrong and wish I had stopped there a vehicle or two ago perhaps they would have lasted longer. I found out about wrench auto while ordering tires and rims for my subaru baja, last OCT. I saw they were listed as a "preferred service provider" and had stellar reviews across the board. I stopped by after work to inquire how exactly things would happen and was satisfied enough to go ahead and give them a try. The ordering process through tire rack was simple and because they are a preferred provider they received my tires and rims directly via UPS and I received a call to set up an appointment shortly after. I was also in need of breaks (personal diagnosis) and was told by Ben the service manager that they would take the vehicle for a test drive and let me know what THEY thought. That was my first sign things here were different and that they took their work very personally. During the test drive the mechanic also noticed my parking break was loose, something mentioned numerous times to my previous mechanic, who would "adjust" it, but to me it never felt how it did when I first got the vehicle. I could go on and on as I recently had more work done and the honest truth is my car after nearly 6 yrs of ownership NOW feels like it did the day I got it. I was using another local shop close to my house and while they are friendly enough and do avg. work, i just never felt the confidence in how my car was running until now. Their location also offers foot access to several other local favorite businesses. Fitzgerald's supper club, Clasen's bakery, Costco, as well as a trail through the pheasant branch creek conservancy are all nearby should you choose to wait.
