  • Wow, how unprofessional...SHYLA, OR SHILO or whatever her name is is about as sharp as a bowling ball. Hung up on me twice, did not even know the surgeon's name I was supposed to have an appt with. I will go elsewhere and PLEASE CHRIS S. SAVE YOUR BOTTLED RESPONSE THAT YOU HAVE PUT ON EVERY SINGLE PERSON'S REVIEW WHO DID NOT GIVE YOU GUYS 5 STARS....you are about as professional as the receptionist I talked to....have you not heard of a personal response? Get off the golf game on your computer and give someone who complains an actual heartfelt PERSONAL response!
