  • My wife and I are undergoing a complete kitchen remodel, and our contractor referred us to Spencer's. We ordered a complete suite of kitchen appliances. We dealt with Les, and he was fantastic. Everything was done as he said it would be done, items came in at the appointed times. When we installed and discovered that we weren't happy with the size of the refrigerator (stuck too far out into the room), Les assisted us in trading it for a counter depth model with minimal restocking fee. Since we had to change from the black glass to stainless steel (No counter depth in black glass), Les also took the other appliances back and swapped them for the identical items in stainless. Thank you to Spencer's for making this process as easy as possible!
