They changed their internet service and it now has data caps!!! They never had data caps before, but they decided to just switch their service on their own and still charge the same price! Less data same price! I called because I got a notification saying I was near my data limit. I said what data limit, this is for internet and not cellular service!? They said they switched over recently and they sent notifications to everyone. I pay online only, paperless billing and received no notice! If I wanted unlimited data, I'd have to pay $50 more per month totaling $120 a month just for Internet since I cut the cord and don't have cable tv! I asked about a bundle and it wouldn't do shit for me because the internet would still have the data cap! Useless greedy shitbag company! The customer service rep had to put me on hold every time I had a question about their service! Her response every time was " that's a very good question, please hold and let me find out for you!" I was just asking simple questions about the other services they offered! With all the money you charge, can't you train your employees correctly!?!?!? WE NEED BETTER COMPETITION OUT HERE INSTEAD OF THE COX MONOPOLY!
