  • I came by this Victoria's Secret Store three weeks ago stoked to check out the "Semi-Annual Sale". That is the perfect time to get great deals as the items here are pricey! I made a few purchases and was like a kid in the candy shop because they had a great selection for the most part. They were promoting $5 tote bags so I bought TWO of them excited. The line got really long and they had some speedy checker mid-line who was scanning items and giving a receipt before you would get to the cash-wrap. They were trying to be efficient by speeding up the process by the time you get to the register they just scan the receipt and bag everything up. Apparently when I came back to SD, I checked my bag and my tote bags weren't there.. boo, just my other purchases. =[ I believe what happened was when I handed the male cashier my shopper bag which had my goodies plus the tote bags I was buying he just kept them in his arm and a lady next to me was buying a billion of them and I believe he gave them to her because she wanted more.. even though those were MY purchases. He messed up and I should have been more observant, but it was over with when I was back home. I made a phone call and spoke with *Julie the manager* and I told her I would be back in town in a week or two, and she was kind enough to say I could come by and they would refund me. I came by to this location at the "Miracle Mile Shops" in Planet Hollywood a week ago and they refunded me cash with no hesitation since they were sold out of the tote bags. That was good service that they took care of their mistake, but I still wish I had the cute tote bag for the gym or traveling. =]]
