  • Was recommended to try Pep Boys online serices. They offer good discounts and shipping. Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. My parts arrived open, damaged and with greasy fingerprints on the boxes. I called to find out my options to return the damaged items and was on the phone for more than 45 inutes. The final suggestion was simply to mail it back and I would get a refund in a 5 Days 10 days later, and no refund, I called to find out what was going to be asked if I had called them to let them know that they had received the shippment back. Which makes absolutely no sense! Anyway, now that they know it will still take another week for my refund. I recommend that you shop in the store NOT ONLINE!
