  • Poor process. Took forever. I would have walked out but was helping my 75 year old widowed mother whom they were sweeping through the process without giving the facts. When she asked about prices they told her the finance guy would go over them. Yeah - the financing, not the price. Left here with a new car but shouldn't have. They got a great deal on her low mileage trade in. Hope they can sleep at night.
