  • We had the coupon special $14.00 Rib-eye the overall service was very good! very impressed by wait staff, but our steaks were not good at all, kinda tough, and not tasty at all, just taste like grilled cardboard, not flavor of beef, hummm! not sure why, I've been to other firebirds and never had this to happen. We paid over $50 for our meal celebrating our 32nd year anniversary, and I felt cheated. I took my steak home to see if I can revive it to taste better, too much money wasted on it.
