| - I love State Farm Diana Xu Agency! I've been a client since she opened her agency back in May 2012.During the past years, she and her staff members not only always helped me with my insurance needs,but also provided me with my family's financial planning. I started insuring my three cars and one home with her a long while ago. During the quoting process, she explained each coverage and limits in a very detailed and easy-to- understand manner, asked us questions based on our situations, and saved us tremendously compared to Allstate. Diana Xu is very proficient and sincere; she truly put my family circumstances and interests into her considerations first instead of thinking about her own profits.
For the years I have insured with her agency, I am fully satisfied with her and her staff's services. Whether it was taking payment, change address, or adding new cars, I knew I was in great hands. The office opens 9-hours a day, and her cell phone is available 24/7 to her clients. She responds to my email and phone call in a very timely manner. When I need inquires, I always see her smiling face while walking into her office. She truly puts her clients into her top priorities! My son was involved in a car accident last November. Diana and her staff Quan helped us contact State Farm claim adjuster, auto body shop, and even the rental car company. They made the whole claim experience a smooth and calm transaction. After the car was repaired, she even asked my son to visit her office and provided him with a safe drive lesson including how to handle the emergency accident situation while driving. She built herself as a role model and mentor to my son. Now that my daughter is starting to drive this fall, I know for sure Diana and her team will fully cover the risks and protect her.
Aside from insurance assistance, I was never aware that State Farm has a bank. Last May, I bought a new car, and Diana refinanced my car from the dealership with a much lower interest and with no fees! This plus the premium she saved for us made my family and me very grateful for her help. Diana is a professional and her insurance knowledge is board. Whenever I ask her questions regarding life insurance or health insurance, she always provided me with the best-experienced solutions and saved me tons of hassles. Today, I insure all my cars, properties, businesses, life insurances, and even my business workers compensation with her agency because I know she will be by my side whenever I need her.
During the years, my family members and I continuously receive birthday cards and holiday cards with her personal greetings. My satisfaction and appreciation for her and her team are beyond words. I've insured with several insurance agencies in the past years but none of them can carry a customer experience like hers. She is a great valuable neighbor to our community. Diana Xu is beautiful inside and out!
