  • After checking the reviews of JJLSS on Yelp, I decided to book an appointment for myself and my husband with the "$19.99 for 60 min facial or massage for first-time clients" special. We were both very happy with their services and we're regular customers now. There are a few things JJLSS could improve on: 1. They are extremely busy and it is extremely difficult to get a hold of them over the phone. It would be nice if they had a second line and could put their customers on hold instead of sending them to voicemail (which they don't return). 2. Their rooms are not sound-proof and if you happen to be in a room close to the lobby, it can get very noisy. The least they can do is ask their clients who are waiting to keep the noise-level to a minimum. Apart from these two things, I'm very happy with JJLSS and I love how their services are so great and affordable!! I have recommended this place to so many of my friends! It's a great value for your money.
