  • Horrible experience with waitress Jaime.....another waiter had to tell her to come serve my table before she even made a first appearance, and then once she finally came over to take our order, which was a food and drink order, we received our drinks (without the food) and then never saw her again. Finally, once the headliner was almost finished, we complained to the manager and then she finally came over saying that she confused us with another couple who had asked for her (as if it wasn't her job to check on ALL of her tables the entire night). The manager got us free drinks in which we were too upset to even drink and gave us free passes to another show ( which isn't really free at all because they make their money mainly off of the two drink minimum and food). My entire experience was ruined and I couldn't even enjoy the headliner from being so upset over the service....thanks to Jaime!!!!
