  • I took my yorkie in to get groom with instructions to just trim face and DO NOT CUT TAIL! They cut two inches off tail and her face is horrible. I have to wait for it to grow out to even fix it!!!! And she has a big bald spot on her chest that they claim is from callicks. It didn't happen the last time or any other time she was groomed!I called and complained and all they told me was they will note to not cut tail next time and that was it! So sad I pay so much money for my pet to come out worse then when she went in! The manager offered to fix her face but she doesn't have enough hair to even fix it! I won't be bringing her back to Petsmart for the simple fact that they do not listen to your directions no matter how many times you tell them not to do something!!!
