  • Carefully explain that it was a birthday present as I booked a 1 hour massage and a 1 hour facial for my wife, starting at 9am. I got the last confirmation text at 7pm the day before, confirming the appointment, so apparently everyone was ok then. 45min before the appointment they called and explain that both the tech she was seeing at 9am and the one at 10am both just called in sick (which I find rather unlikely!). Despite my protests, they answered that they had no other techs to fill the spots, nor any other openings that day. So much for that Birthday present.
