  • Took my teenage son there for a tux for his first prom. Big mistake!! Now granted we were renting the tux, but it is not cheap to do that there. Terrible customer service (if you can even call it that). It took forever!! When the tux finally came in the arms were like 4 inches too long and the jacket was too short! It was basically a mess!! They convinced us it was fixable. When we came to pick it up the day of the prom, you could see the lines from the old hems. They tried to convince me this was normal for a rental. Not in my book!! Not when you've spent close to $300 to rent a suit!! My poor son had to wear it like that!! Bless his heart!! I DO NOT recommend this store!! Especially the Birkdale location!!
