  • Went on Saturday afternoon to celebrate a birthday. We had a group of about 20 and we had two tables with two different servers. We tried the alligator appetizers - delicious. The batter was crunchy and spicy and delicious. The bread was soft and sweet - sprinkled with sugar (not necessary but tasty) No butter needed! I had the fried catfish w/mashed red potatoes and broccoli. Two complaints - The broccoli had no flavor at all! and while the catfish was good, it would have been even better with the batter used on the alligator! Cousin next to me had the maple salmon on a bed of rice w/ seasonal veggies - it was SO good! I had to stop myself from eating too much of his :-) And my mom devoured her fish tacos. The service was really good and we had 10 kids and the servers were really great with them. All the kids had popcorn shrimp and fries and we all sampled those and they were great! Prices were reasonable. I don't think we have one near where I live but I'd definitely go back next time I'm in AZ.
