  • Being 6 months pregnant, I've had my fair share of back, shoulder and head pain. I'd been meaning to find a good place for prenatal massage, and was thrilled to find that there was a wonderfully rated massage spot within a 5 minute drive from my apartment. That being said I was a little nervous, because none of the current reviews mentioned anything about prenatal massages, and massage in general is a potentially risky business. Needless to say I needn't have worried at all, because I had a wonderful and relaxing experience! Lily was my massage therapist, and she was a total pro - had my lying comfortably on my side, my belly resting on a pillow, exactly how online research recommends prenatal massage goes. This was my very first prenatal massage, but I'm no stranger to getting massages. I'd liken a prenatal massage to a Swedish massage, but their version also included hot stones which was a real treat. Best of all, they customize the massage to whatever you like. From the pressure, to the focus on a particular area. I love getting head and shoulder massages, and they said the next time I come in I can certainly request just that for an hour. AWESOME. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. My husband had a foot massage, and loved it as well! We'll definitely be going back.
