  • I had shoes repaired there a few times (and a wristwatch bracelet too). The quality of the work is good. Some shoe repairs are free within a few months of buying your shoes there. But last time they charged me $30 instead of $24 like they said when I dropped my stuff. When I realized I called to get a credit on file but they want me to go back with my items, but it is far and not worth $6. I also find that they tried to oversell me when I wanted to buy baby shoes. They wanted me to buy $100 walking shoes when my kids was 9 months and not walking yet. So overall the quality is there but you can be sure to pay full price for it... Even when it's not really necessary.
