I came here to update my insurance information for the new year and was worried it might take a long time. This is the first year I have my own insurance/updating something without my mom and I had a stressful time updating information with my specialty pharmacy earlier. I was anxious I'd run into the same issue and not understand what was going on. Luckily, Jazmyn was able to help update everything fairly quickly and let me know what my mom and I would need to do regarding some of my meds not being covered under two insurances. She even printed me a paper and write down what I needed to tell my mom which was super helpful because I wasn't sure if I'd be able to remember that information. Transitioning out of pediatrics and updating information with several doctors, pharmacies and clinics has been stressful, but I'm really appreciative of Jazmyn being able to assist efficiently and effectively.
