I always come to this location when I'm in the D Gates, and have never had a bad experience. This morning, however, I felt like I was intruding just for placing an order. As I began to order, the barista turned and walked away before I had finished my actual order (just an iced coffee with vanilla syrup). She then came back with the wrong drink. I asked her to kindly add the ingredient that was missing, to which she responded "well you never told me you wanted that."
It's not a big deal, but everyone I interacted with cut me off and it ended up waisting more time than they were attempting to save.
At a busy location, I know that efficiency is everything. However, I think adding .05 seconds to each interaction would actually increase the accuracy to which drinks are made and result in less time waisted for the barista.
