  • This is absolutely the WORST public radio station for a major city in the United States. Flo Rodgers, the station manager, and CEO is a totally self-centered smug incompetent!! She has been unable to increase membership significantly in the last five years. Despite great economic recovery in the greater Las Vegas area and increase in population, she incompetently hobbles along, unable to significantly increase membership. The station is too indigent to present interesting programming such as "The News Hour" and relies instead on cheaper local "filler" programs. The pledge drives are long, obnoxious, incessant and apparently unsuccessful. Ms. Rodgers has done a terrible job and has created a terrible product. She is too arrogant to acknowledge her incompetency. I stream KQUED from the San Francisco Bay Area. What a relief to listen to competent, interesting programming. Rodgers needs resign her position with KNPR immediately and to return to her home country, The Isle of Mann. INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!
