  • This place is ridiculous! I have issues every single time I deal with them -- from scheduling to billing to treatment. The "Wellness Plan" is rip-off because they never have any openings to see pets, and they don't call if you're on a waiting list. When they finally do fit you in for an appointment (scheduled weeks in advance), they are always running behind, and your baby sits in a cage all day. They will apologize every time, but "sorry" does not make up for the pain and neglect my animal endures due to your incompetence.
