I have to say that I am totally unimpressed with the service. I have had the service for over 3 years, due to a Christmas present of an Iphone my number was ported; to port a number it has to be current, bottom line, I had service for 3 days, but since I do not know what the phrase, "pre-paid" means do not get a pro-ration of the $45.00 back. I reported the representative via a chat at their website and all my answer was, it will be escalated.
I am in customer service and jeez, I would have been fired!
