well, after getting in touch with the BBB, a lady from the customer service dept at vans contacted me and appeared to not be happy with the story of my experience. we talked a few times and she seemed apologetic and unhappy with my account of the salesman's conduct.
she worked with me to rectify some situations with the vehicle i purchased.
what i appreciated more was that she contacted me and actually seemed to care. i honestly did not think that would happen. still doesnt erase my experience there but at least im still not totally stressed out when thinking about my new car and can actually enjoy it now.
