| - I had such high expectations for this place after reading the yelp reviews and unfortunately I was misled again. Lets begin with this, if you are specializing in just essentially one specific item, this item better rocks or be just much better than the generics out there. That being said, I went and got 4 strips and two special sauce with fries. The strips had barely any breading or covering on them, so they were not crispy at all, what they did had was just bland, no seasoning or hint of seasoning at all, just likely flour. The meat itself was alright but I could of gotten chicken strips at albertson too for much less. The sauce was so salty and I like salty things too, but I could barely just dip a little at a time, did not even use a whole small cup of it. The fries are generic, you can get them any grocery store, the Texas toast was probably the best thing here, it added something different. Saying that, I thought even chik-fil-a tenders were better and actually cheaper too. Whole meal with drink was 11.00.
Someone had mention in another review how loud the music was and I agree. I am surprise their neighbors don't complain, it is unusually loud for such a small place. It seems a popular place for ASU students since I saw a lot of them, so maybe why they need to play the music loudly.
In total, I would have had no problems giving them a 1 star, but I thought the people were nice and the meal was still eatable, but I would not recommend anyone coming here or coming back myself.
