  • Online order and check in was a breeze. The location is easy to find as you can see the U-Haul signs as you drive up and down Mayfield rd... The customer service could use some work but overall a good experience...The only downfall is the customer parking. If you are not being dropped off or picking your rental up early(i was there at 7 and had no issue parking, i dropped of the rental around 6 and picked up my car and it took 10 minutes of getting people to move their cars to get out. would rent from here again if i move again.
