  • The worst service I have ever experienced. Brought my phone in for a screen repair and then when I get it back it stops working. I bring it to Apple and they tell me that several pieces are missing from the phone. I bring it back to Itechs once again and they get it working. And then a few days later it completely shuts down. Once again back at Itechs and they tell me there is nothing they can do. Great service..... I will be sure to share with everyone I know how horrible of an experience this was and how they cost me $$$$$ because now I have to buy a new phone. Horrible customer service
