  • We called Elite based on Yelp reviews to repair our dishwasher. Office personnel answered phone very friendly and professionally. They gave us a next day appointment, explained charges (which seemed very reasonable), and informed us that the tech would call us before coming. Tech did call and arrived within appointment time frame. He too was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing. He found that the dishwasher was mechanically ok but the soap dispenser was clogged up by the soap and not working. He made some recommendations on what to use to keep it working properly and billed us only the diagnostic fee. Furthermore, if the recommendations don't fix problem he will come back with no additional diagnostic fee. Nice to deal with a reputable business.
