  • One star is too much. The grounds are kept nicely during the day!! And the staff day or night are very rude. Snatch your money from you. Give you wrong wait times. The ice cream taste funny for whatever reason. They just did a remodel but if you don't change the people with the remodel it doesn't change! The women who work in the windows and front counters need to be retrained on how to speak to customers. The fake nails shouldn't even be allowed makes my skin crawl, how often do you see anyone wash their hands????? I haven't in the many times I have been there. Store manager is never there to answer questions or resolve problems. People are always arguing with the managers and staff period, it makes the neighborhood look the way you expect! It's like Walmart on west end people don't care!! The only thing nice about this restaurant is the fact that there is one maintenance man who works and keeps the grounds clean trash cans aren't running over when he's there that's nice to know at least it's clean!!!!!! Nothing else is!!
