  • I had a very pleasant experience -- Graham helped us out and was patient with us. I think dealerships can get a bad rap for their sales process and this was a great surprise. There was no pressure, and Graham took the time to explain everything and great at answering concerns and questions. So happy to have a Mini and to be a part of the Mini family!
