While waiting in line the last 10 minuets, I noticed that though there was a few people in line, only one cashier was doing all the work while behind her another was GLUED to her phone. When it was my turn to be wrung up, I asked the cashier to use my gift card. She asked the girl on her phone how to do it, but she did not respond becsuse she was so focused on her screen. You could tell the cashier was new and needed help but she was trying to figure it out. As I was leaving the store, I checked my receipt because the price didn't seem correct. My gift card hadn't been used toward my purchase and I had asked the cashier to toss my gift card because I thought it was used up. So I go back to have this fixed and the supervisor is the girl with the silver hair in a bun who was on her phone the whole time... she tells me the only thing they could do for me is refund the order and rewring it up with the gift card. The way she said it made it seem like I couldn't have the $13 on the gift card unless I did the refund, so I'm super irritated because if this "supervisor" had been paying attention in the first place I wouldn't be in this position. Frustrated, I grab the receipt back and say nevermind and begin to walk out. The lady says "don't forget the gift card!" And I say "there's nothing on it, why would I want it?" And she said "no your $13 is on here, like I told you." I grabbed the gift card and her and the other cashier start laughing at me... are you kidding me? They were laughing because I was frustrated because of their lack of communication, and the supervisors lack of doing her job... AWFUL customer service. And there was a review posted right before this one about the same ladies! Please hire a better team.
