  • If I could rate Supreme Club Tours a -0 it would be that or lower. Booked the Hip Hop Club Tour through Groupon at the price of $100 for my girlfriend and myself during our stay in Las Vegas. I called the phone number that Groupon provided as a contact number for Supreme Club Tours (Which is a Las Vegas cell phone number),someone answered and there seemed to be bad connection on his end,So about 15 mins later I get a return call from another number (Cell phone also but this time it's a Texas number),and at this point I'm already curious, meaning why isn't this company using an office or building phone number,it would seem a little more professional, especially to their out of town visiting customers. At this point were are trying to get our vouchers redeemed somehow someway so that we can continue enjoying our vacation, the next call that comes in is the Las Vegas number asking us to text him our voucher numbers and we will be placed on a list, mind you no confirmation,no receipt of any kind is being spoken of to make me as an out of town traveller feel comfortable. All this person David seemed to be interested in was our confirmation numbers while every other Groupon that we used in Las Vegas we showed up at the venue,my phone was scanned for payment and or proof and that's it. This person had no intention or want for us to show up at the bus or meeting place without getting my voucher numbers first. There were many things meaning the 3 or more different cell phone numbers from states other than Las Vegas calling my cell phone,as well as texting me. In addition I asked why do they state over the phone that the Club Tour starts at 11:30,but Groupon states that it starts at 9:30, they are a very shady and rude business to deal with that is being run come to find out of someones apartment, hence the 3-4 different workers using cell phone lines for business. Also,as I asked if I could show at the meeting location to join the tour and give my Groupon confirmation then,I was then abruptly texted back that the bus is sold out, only to go to Groupon to see that there were still tickets available. That also made me feel more secure in not texting them my Groupon Confirmation Codes. As a so called business they are horrible especially from an out of towners experience, they do not conduct their business in a way that makes you feel safe and secure, they seem very shady and manipulative. I will be back to Las Vegas for another vacation in the near future, but will definitely not be using Supreme Club Tours.
