  • I discovered a hot water tank leak in the late afternoon and called in a claim to my home warranty company. Call-US Plumbing called that night to discuss the issue and set up an appointment between 8am and Noon the next day. The technician called like I requested and they arrived between 8am and Noon. The work took about 90 minutes from start to finish. The technician was friendly, informative and helpful as I asked questions along the way. He was neat and cleaned up the area when he was done. He was very careful not to let water drain all over the floor and walls. He checked for gas leaks and double checked all the work before he left. His name was Willy and I really appreciated his work ethic.
