  • I am from TEXAS, the home of REAL bar-b-q !!!! I been here in VEGAS almost 30 years and the boys that own this place are from TENNESSEE. They have good bar-b-q but are in a crappy location. I never cared for "atmosphere" in a restaurant as long as the food is good. Since I ate at this place I tried a new little franchise place founded in my hometown of DALLAS in 1941 (year I was born) closer to home in a much better location called DICKIES BAR-B-Q. The food is every bit as good, if not better, as ROLLIN SMOKE, with far less congestion, less pricey and in a waay better location. So, Y'ALL chek it out.
