they were called out because our air was blowing out hot air. in the diagnosis he said that the motor needed to be replaced. so he replaced it for 605.00 this includes the 89.95 diagnosis charge. well the next day it did the same thing, it was freezing up. so we called again and this time he says the coils were dirty and that a crew would be out to clean the coils and the ducts. He should have told us the coils were dirty because after he left and after it thawed out it worked and blew cold air all night, even still when the crew showed up. If he would have completyly looked at the airconditioner he should have known the coils were froze and cleaned them first before saying the motor was no good, you see if the motor was no good why after it thawed before he replaced the motor did it blow cold air? I believe he was lazy and he had a attitude as well on the first night the next day he was different because of the way he was acting. They owe my landlord her money back and i hope her lawyer follows through. i will not ever call them again.
