  • Disaster place - awful experience - should be shut down- I went to Jenny's nail saloon on Rossland rd East in ajax the new plaza- to have manicure-pedicure with my sister today- to my surprise my sister was assigned a man as her pedicure therapist. We have tried them once already and this is the first time we see a man , so we were a bit reluctant but didn't mind trying. The guy had a bit of an attitude which we thought might be a language problem or barrier hen we talk to him he doesn't really reply. He started cutting her nails and she told him her preferences on filing etccc- In less than 40 sec she told him very politely plz file more as they are still long. And what a mistake that was , he started raising his voice and showing his disapproval and shouting that you can't ask me again and talking in a different language with complete disrespect so my sister told him plz stop my pedi I don't want you to be my therapist. All this happened while the manager (might be the owner) was sitting servicing another client without interfering or telling him to stop shouting an swearing at clients or the minimum to be expected is apologizing to us -she did nothing which was Infuriating- then the guy got up broke the nail file and the tools in his hands in two in my sister face and started swearing and shouting and assaulting us and being so disrespectful - and this manager did not even bother to get up from her chair- So we told her how can you approve of this behavior you didn't even get up or move to throw him out, how can he treat clients like that especially that nobody said anything wrong to him we were merely telling him what is the length we wanted. And Even if we did he shouldn't be treating clients that way. She didn't answer and started rambling in a different language as well while still SITTING and applying color to a client. The guy left when he heard my sister calling the police as he was actually assaulting and shouting and swearing at her - it got too scary at one point - he went completely mad I have no idea how people can behave like that and without any reason. We got so pissed off and got up and told her you are equally guilty you did not bother to stop him or apologize or anything she stayed there sitting not moving and saying completely unprofessional stuffs with no care about clients or keeping her client-base and she actually said it when I told her how can u still be sitting , this was not professional nor acceptable- she said I don't care with cold blood- bluntly she said that - this woman has no class or elegance to run any business let alone a nail saloon. Bottom line this place is a disaster with the worst people working there and managing the place- no class no care for customer comfort - u get shouted at and they approve and actually add insult to injury- Anyone knows who is the owner of this place or is there anyway to find out who is the owner ?
