  • The August 2016 posted pictures are current and an accurate glimpse of this complex of the dated date of the pictures. Unfortunately, my well documented requests and concerns have been grossly overlooked. I was told initially that my standards were too high for such an old complex; however, they are charging an elevated market rate rent and advertise themselves as luxury. Now while I understand the word "luxury" is a matter of opinion; I do expect a sanitary and safe living environment of which provides an average level of comfort with the expectation that all amenities which are set out to be a part of my lease - to be up and working. Moved in in April (had to move to a 2nd unit within two weeks due to mold) Lighting around the complex are not kept working; i.e. pathways and parking stalls on east side of complex. Zero security; although, when I asked about this at move in; I was told there was security - I've been told since that that was an oversight on their part; hmmm, how do you overlook hired security? No foot patrol - nothing. It's not uncommon to find people sleeping early hours under the pigeon infested awnings where the filthy pigeon waste covered tables are. PET OWNERS: There is no designated pet area; zero designated pet waste disposal bins; therefore, it's a free for all. Pet waste is left where the children play as there is no playground; both children and pets share the same greenway. Broken and rusted out BBQ grills; must add that center complex grills have been recently rattled canned for an over sprayed botched job look. Hot tub has never worked and several of the residence have told me it's been close to a year now since it has. I've phoned the office twice in the last 60 days and emailed only to be told it's working. Imagine my frustration when finding out each evening when I've walked down to enjoy it that it clearly isn't and never was. Why lie folks? Don't advertise what you clearly don't have to offer. I am not a native of this State and I do classify myself as a fair person. I've honored every facet of my lease. With other new complexes being built near here; there's every reason to review all options out there before signing a lease at this complex.
