  • So today I found out our rent is going up 150 dollars?? thats insane you have yet to fix my fan i asked for since last time i signed my lease, your new AC units you put in dont even cool the place under 78 degrees, I havent had a parking space due to construction for 3 months so my car gets covered in bird crap every day. OUR laundry facility is now shut down and we have to use the laundry mat and NOW YOU WANT ME TO PAY YOU 150 more a month!!! i dont know what show your trying to run here with your crap renovations, but this place is a dump at las palmas and now your charging more for it NO ONE MOVE IN HERE ITS CRAP they do nothing for tenants serivce calls take weeks to get done, if you like airconditioning well move elsewhere it dont work here
