  • One of the perks in my co-working office is Main Course Catering (MCC) for our delicious lunch catering needs. Almost always during the weekday I skip breakfast. Sooo with an extended fast and when the lunch bell rings in my dome piece......... MCC consistently comes through in the clutch and takes care of the 4 S's!!! Salads, Sandwiches, Sides, and most importantly my Sanity so I don't have to stress about hey what's for lunch during a fast paced fun filled work day! Brian who is the on-site representative for MCC does a great job of setting up the warming trays for the hot prepared meals and answering anyone's questions about ingredients or dietary concerns, etc. And so far over the course of the last year I maybe have only had 8 count'em 8 craptastic meals from MCC that I would never want to eat again! That's overall very consistently good. I always look forward to the Pesto Chicken which has been in their rotation a couple times. Oh and don't get me started whenever they have Jambalaya!!! There is never any leftovers to take back to the crib on Jambalaya Day! Oh and apparently I'm surrounded by folks who think bread and chicken are vegetables. Please just lettuce know so I alwaaaaays have plenty of extra salads to snatch up as well! Can you say dinner is served?! 4.5 stars for running a tight ship overall for the food and service! If your an office in need of food and beverage operations for daily on-site lunches. I definitely recommend MCC.
