  • Won't purchase another vehicle from this dealership. After bringing it in for a simple oil change over the weekend, walked out the next morning to find all the oil on my garage floor. Had to have it towed back to dealership, lost wages for 2 days and was told by Service manger even though it was THEIR error (straight incompetence) on their end/service men, they refused to reimburse me. Plus my car was missing 2 valve tire caps. Had ZERO empathy nor understanding - had this been His money or His car I'm sure he would've demanded reimbursement. I've purchased several cars from this dealership... Never Again all because of the lack of Customer Service and incompetence. #NissanFail #CantEvenDoAnOilChangeCorrectly #ThisDealershipServicePeopleArentAsTheyUsedToBe #OnlySeleted1StarToContinue
