I would rather burn my clothes then go through the hassle of selling to this place. This was my first time selling here so I didn't know all the rules but when I asked they basically made me feel like an idiot for asking questions. I then had to stand around for an hour with my 3 year old cause I didn't want to just donate the stuff they didn't want which was the only option if you left. Thank God I stayed cause they literally handed me back more then half my stuff most of it being Gap and Oshkosh and in good condition. I was then told I had to come back to find out how much is was worth and decide if I wanted to sell it or not. I came back two hours later to find that I did not have the option of taking my stuff if I didn't like the price and was basically told I wasted my time coming back because it was automatically turned into store credit and there was nothing I could do about it. They also gave me pennies for my stuff so now I don't even want to go back and spend my credit. Basically an awful experience all around and that's saying something seeing as I've been to some pretty awful places and this is my first ever Yelp review. I'm not one of those people that needs someone to say hi to me when I walk in a store or hold my hand while I look for stuff, most of the time I prefer to just do my own thing but when the staff goes out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible that's saying something. Should have read all the other reviews on here first. Pull it together kid to Kid.
