  • I'm related to a caramel apple addict so whenever I see a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Shop, I know, in order to be a good daughter, I must stop into the store. Straying slightly from the usual choice of a plain caramel apple, I branched out and got a CHOCOLATE DIPPED caramel apple, which ended up being a big hit. The employees offer to slice the apple up for you if you plan on eating it right way, but if it is going to be a bit before the apple is devoured then it is recommended that the apple stay whole to avoid oxidation. If for some reason, dipped apples are not your thing, the store is filled with all sorts of other chocolate treats too. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, even sugar free - dipped strawberries, various truffles, chocolate covered pretzels, peanut butter cups, fudge, brittle, toffee, caramels and cherry cordials and bon bons! There is literally something for everyone, including Barkers Dozen Dipped Dog Bones (a chocolate free treat) for the four-legged furry pals!
