  • It really breaks my heart writing this poor review. There was a recent situation that broke the proverbial camel's back that I never could've imagined ever happening to me. I imagined writing a 4 or 5 star review when my youngest starts Kindergarten but obviously, that will no longer be the case. Our children had been coming here for the past 3.5 years, starting with my oldest who is now 5. He has started Kindergarten and no longer needed to come here. My youngest, 2, has been coming here since 3 months old and my issues are around him. I won't go into too much detail as it's still a painful subject and I want to maintain my privacy as much as possible. But I feel that it is important to share so potential clients can make an informed decision on letting this location care for their children. Although not officially confirmed, hubby and I sincerely believe that the allegations made against us came from here. It has been cleared up and the case is closed with the findings as unsubstantiated. It was regarding my 2 year old who suffers from a very common, non-contagious condition that the staff knew very intimately about. In the wording that was used in the allegations, we knew it couldn't have come from anywhere else but here. No one outside of my immediate family and the staff from here could've known so much. We kept the staff informed and addressed all of their concerns very seriously. We have done -everything- that they had asked of us and we made our own attempts outside of their requests to improve our youngest child's condition. Again, this condition is NON-CONTAGIOUS and has been well documented by his doctors. This is something he can grow out of but is not curable, per say. He is otherwise in perfect health and always happy. I really did love the staff like extended family and when we needed their understanding and support, we get put through one of the most stressful and frightening times of our lives. I still to this day don't know what more we could have done, as we have done EVERYTHING. Maybe I should try to acquire some kind of divine power to rid my youngest child of his ailment? Believe me, I would if I could. Not too long ago, hubby and I decided it was best if we parted ways with this location. Some of the staff members had noticeably colder attitudes with us when they used to be happy to see us. This just adds to our belief that the allegations came from here. There are some real gems of teachers here that I will miss greatly and I wish them well. However, we can no longer support a business who thinks so poorly of us.
