rev:text	I have been paying for a monthly membership for both my vehicles for quite some time now. At least nine months probably a lot longer. I have become very disappointed in this location. About half the time I go through the car wash there is no soap in the soap dispensers basically meaning my car doesn't get washed with anything but water. The only way to get the matter fixed is he use my time to exit the car wash and re-enter the car wash in order to notify someone. Most the time I have to wait quite a while before I can enter the car wash with the soap now refilled. It would save me a lot of trouble if I could call in and speak to the manager or anyone for that matter about the issue but no one ever answers the phone there. Majority of the time I need to use the vacuum to clean my car they don't section because they are need of maintenance and don't receive any. So basically I pay every month free membership to maybe get my car washed half the time I would like to and maybe be able to vacuum my car half the time I would like to. On top of that a few months ago while I was in the parking lot vacuuming my car two men approach me about fixing my headlights to make them clear. They weren't that bad to begin with, they told me they could do a sample spot and then I could decide to pay them and they would do both. In the middle of this the manager ran out and chase them off the property explaining that he has called the police on them before and has to continuously chase him off the property for ruining other customers headlights. I now have two completely destroyed headlights because they could not finish the sample, and run off the property before I could figure out who they were. I don't have to pay $250 a piece to replace my headlights. If a problem existed that was damaging customers headlights I don't understand why the manager didn't take better precautions or higher security to protect the customers that are on their property. Today while in the car wash getting my car vacuumed another man approached us attempting to do the same thing to her headlights again, I laid on my horn and told him get away from my car. He continued to attempt the same scam on the lady next to me. I try to call in and of course no one answers the damn phone. I then had to go and chase down the only two physical bodies at the front of the car wash where you enter to alert them of a problem that is clearly known and has been known for months so that someone could intervene. I was told there is no manager on duty, just these two young kids running the whole car wash. The lady had already had the chemicals put on her Headlights before I could get back in time with Help. One of the employees came over and told the man to leave the property or he would call the police and then had to run back to his position at the front of the car wash. I took a bunch of pictures of this man's face because the kid couldn't stay long enough to make sure he left the property. Of course the man stayed, until he got uncomfortable of me taking pictures. A customer on your property paying you for service should not have to solve problems that damage our vehicles. Why can't you staffing of people to work! Why is the soap out half the time! Why aren't the vacuums maintenance properly so they work! And why am I having to leave a review on yelp because I can't ever get a hold of anybody! Ridiculous!
