  • I hadn't been in since an ankle injury put my eyebrows and other aesthetics on hold for a few months. However, Monica reached out in a telephone call to see why I hadn't been in. It was such a nice, friendly gesture. When I went in, Monica had to start from scratch, but my eyebrows look better than ever. She knows what looks good on me and takes time, care and tweaks to do the best job. I brought my teenage daughter in for her first eyebrow wax. Monica took extra care of her and shaped her brows into a lovely shape just right for her. She had some irritation but Monica took extra care to soothe the eyelids. Great customer care, a calm soothing environment, and lovely results are the reasons why I love Waxing the City.
